AnyShape supplied custom tooling for Safran Nacelles to support the development of the Rolls Royce Pearl 700 engine nacelle, delivering the parts within a 4‑week deadline. The tooling was produced using Direct Metal Laser Sintering of ALSi10Mg material and included a Quadripod fixture to ensure 90‑degree hole accuracy.
