Mifa produced miniature aluminium profiles measuring 8 mm wide and 4.9 mm high with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm for the MSC VIRTUOSA cruise ship built by Chantiers de l'Atlantique. The profiles featured a clamping function to simplify suite outfitting assembly, eliminating the need for adhesives. The first profiles were delivered and installed by the customer.

Mifa supplied precision aluminium extrusion profiles for B|Braun’s Perfusor® Space infusion pump, achieving tolerances of ±0.02 mm and improved straightness and torsion compared to the EN12020‑2 standard. The project involved co‑engineering, in‑house surface treatment (anodising) and additional machining processes to meet the customer’s design and safety requirements.

Mifa supplied a complete package of aluminium floor profile KITS to NedTrain for the modernization of NS VIRM 2/3 double‑decker train carriages. The company produced and delivered 8,350 KITS, which were extruded, CNC machined, bent, engraved and surface‑treated in‑house. The project involved vertical integration across fourteen workstations over a two‑day per station schedule.
