Tenco supplied over 200 non‑conventional assembly tools to VDL Nedcar for the production of BMW X1 and Mini vehicles. A specific tool for the BMW X1 was reduced from 5 kg to 1.2 kg using printed parts and carbon tubes, eliminating rework and maintenance.

Bioracer Motion
Tenco DDM developed high‑end infrared sensors for Bioracer Motion, a cyclist posture analysis system. The sensors were redesigned for attachment to the rider’s body and produced using DLP additive manufacturing with wall thicknesses under 1 mm and a matte black lacquer finish. The system uses 22 IR sensors to map cyclist movements accurately.
