Noria Earth, a Dutch environmental organisation, collaborated with Vormz to create a GPS-tracer for monitoring plastic waste in waterways. Maan Engineering partnered with Vormz to 3D print the components of a dispenser for Growcoons biodegradable plant plugs used in horticulture. The dispenser requires about 20 standard printed parts per unit, produced in series of 50, with tight dimensional tolerances. Vormz delivered consistent quality and on‑time supply, enabling Maan to integrate the parts into the final machine.

Kiwatt developed a solar energy storage system that links eight batteries in a cartridge. Vormz produced the cartridge molds using FDM 3D printing with PLA filament, which saved time and cost compared to traditional plastic injection molding. The first batch of twenty systems was delivered using the 3D printed molds.

JetCleaning, a worldwide provider of flexographic printing equipment, required a cleaning head for its DeepWave machine. Phenovation
Phenovation, a manufacturer of specialized camera systems for measuring plant photosynthesis, used Vormz 3D printing services to accelerate prototyping of camera components. Previously CNC milling took up to two weeks per prototype; with 3D printing prototypes are produced within days, reducing development time and enabling faster testing. The case highlights the use of FDM, SLS, and SLA technologies and materials such as Tough 1500, Tough 2000, PLA, ABS, and PA12.
